We're looking to start working on already made team or on new successful ranked 5's team again for the season 7. Our league community looking for lol players who want more than just solo-play. Huge emphasis on practicing and growing individual skills together. Shall we get started?

Starting w/ Minimum Requirements:
- Age: 18+
- Be Respectful - our AWP Gaming Community (league's section) will not tolerate any individual who will turn on their own teammate over a mistake. Mistakes are made all the time so that we can learn and try harder to prevent it from happening again.
- YOU! Must Be Coachable - We will often use Replay.gg to rewatch our games together.
- YOU! Must have a Positive Attitude - We don't need OR want any negativity BS here, if you want to be negative go back to solo queue and burn in the deepest depths of ELO Hell.
- YOU! Must Be Commited & Active - Must be a dedicated member of society to join this team. More info upon the request.

Recommended (Preferred) Requirements:
- Voice Communication - Must have Discord https://discord.gg/AZtjzFZ
- Must be available during Ranked 5's queue times.
- A full member AWP Gaming Community. http://awpgamingcommunity.boards.net/ (website is still being worked on alot so bear that in mind and ask admins for more information)
- YOU! Must have a small champion pool of @least 2-3 champions for your dedicated lane. (Minimum 50 games on each champion in solo queue) - Start working on it. There are several reasons for doing this, this is to tell us that you are serious, and it shows commitment and mastery on those select few champs, it will also definitely help you climb the solo queue ladder to gold.

- Everyone Needs to Contribute - Give something back to the team: Feedback, Tips, Suggestions, Team Comps, Style-of-play, Strategies. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, it's up to you to voice that opinion out. We are not psychic and we can not read minds. Anything (constructive) is useful, as long as you contribute, you will be in OK standing.
- There's a lot more but I can't really think of everything at this very moment. I will edit this post accordingly in order to keep everyone up-to-date as much as possible. Sorry in advance for the inconvenience.
- This team will primarily focus on team comps, team building, and team synergy. We are looking those willing to coache players and will be ready to help out if needed for individual training.
- Think of this as a 5-unit course for each team formed. That's the amount of time you will be spending on this team on a regular basis. Your team captain will provide time-management, and other training. Each will be practicing a lot and we will be assigning homework catered to each individual's needs in order to keep the team (as a whole) growing at a steady pace. (dont freak out when we say homework)

- What makes a good team? Teamwork for one, communication is KEY!, pinging MIA or th enemy jungler's last known position, WARDING!, having someone thats makes good callouts?!, Being active on the team, helping each other out, when making any mistakes and not just yalling at them caust it doesn't help them improve their gameplay.
