LF Duo to climb to gold

Im not the best one, but Im not the worse. I have a problem, which is decision making. My mechanics are fine, I guess. I need someone that can help me and call the situations for me. I just dropped from GoldV, and sitting on 10lp Silver 1. Im currently playing a lot of ADC and Mid, but I can play jungle and sup as well. My mmr is really bad right now and Im getting queue against Silver3 duos.
