Silver support main LF duo ranked (hi silv, low gold), want to climb

I have good winrates and KDAs, but it's taking forever to climb solo because I can't solo carry as support.
I am looking for a chill duo partner, any role in high silver or low gold with good win rates to climb with. Must have a good attitude/no flame/no sexism, etc.
