Starting High Plat-Diamond level ranked team to play mornings of late nights.

I was a competitive gamer on Battlefield (top 500 in US, top 2000 in World) before my team disbanded and was looking for another competitive game. My friend recommended LOL last year and since I have NEVER PLAYED a PC PVP game I was reluctant. But he told me about the growing competitive scene and I was sold. I ended Gold last season (it was my first season) and I fell in love with LOL. I actually started Silver 4 this season, but this was only motivation. I am now in Diamond 5 and hope to only keep climbing.

I main support so I am looking for all other roles.

I am now looking to start a ranked team that is semi-serious but the practice times will not be extremely structured at first.
