Looking for and Top Laner to join Team Seplix (Gold+)

Hello summoners! My name is Zephere/Zephere2. Me and my pals want to start a competitive ranked team but don't want any random. We are looking for a dedicated and active support and top laner. Our mid is Diamond, he is usually our ap carry, I play high damage adc's such as Draven while my support is a beast. Our jungle is our main shot caller. Now all we need is someone who plays tanky top laners, knows when to use tp, and always wins lane. Must be able to use CV.
