Gold ADC LF Team for Dynamic, but also Tourney's

As the title says. I want serious players. But not flamers or salty people. If you can't convey criticism in a constructive way and you are just a sarcastic salty asshole whenever someone on the team makes a mistake, then this isn't for you. I am also wanting players that play champions that WIN games. I really don't care if a champion is "fun" for you or not. Example, if you play Graves jungle, chances are I don't like you. Amumu jungle however, we are best friends. So again, play champions that have huge win rates and WIN games and help out the team, and not just champions that YOU want to play.

With that being said people, I just need a few things from you before we get started
