Help IP farming

Can someone help me farm IP or even send me RP. My summoner name is "DarkAbysz" and i am a lvl 30 player i would appreciate IP, RP, a club, and even some players i can play with to help me improve the way i play and help me increase in IP, even if you just have a skin boost i would be glad to play with you, especially if you are an active player.
