LostFr0st1 votesThe points system isn't live right now. You can queue up, play games and practice with a team if you find one but you won't earn any points as of yet.
German88351 votesTY. Do you know when it is live?

No idea. When they released dynamic queue they turned it off. There will more than likely be a popup in your client when it goes live. It'll say something like "ranked teams is live, queue up to earn points for special team rewards" if they do the same as previous years.
Hope this helps^^
