Plat Bot lane LF 5's team before season end

Wife and I are both Plat 5, got it at the start of the season and haven't played since but would be pretty cool to get Plat in 5's before the season ended in a few days with a few games. We have voice chat, chill people, and been practicing a lot lately. ADC main champs: Draven, Ezreal, Vayne, Caitlyn Support main champs: Zyra, Tahm Kench, Braum, Thresh, Sona
