Our current team goals:
To improve individually and as a team. To surpass standings in the season and from previous seasons. To grow in skills and achieve potential. To be competitive in tournaments and all forms of play. To build a team and environment who can voice their opinions and discuss issues down to a point. To be able to handle constructive criticism with consideration. ALWAYS PLAY TO WIN. MOST IMPORTANTLY TO HAVE FUN. Team Coordination:
As a team we strive for great success for ourselves and each other. We can accomplish this by doing some of the following. For the first few weeks the team will come together to discuss a limited champion pool for each player. You learn how the other plays especially on those champs, and champ combos. This allows us to make our champ select much more simple, giving us guided basics for pick bans. Over time these will change, our picks will differ and we can learn over time. Mindfulness training Teaches you the appropriate state of mind of the game. Helps you prepare.Staying Fresh- This is truthfully overlooked. This game STRESSES YOUR BRAIN AND BODY. TO HELP WITH THIS IT'S CRUCIAL TO SAY LOOSE AND REFRESHED. Things we are looking for applicants:
Gold I or HIGHER, we feel like if you are willing to be on this team we want you to make to at least gold. To keep the team in alignment we are looking for players around the same skill level, so being gold would be the preferred rank for our team. We are looking for someone who is willing to try out new champs, strats builds. We are not always going to make you play it but willingness to learn new things on this team will get you far. We will require you to have have your schedule for the next week. The way we will schedule practice is for the week in advance on a day that is still to be determined. Have the basics down or know that you need to improve on them. Things like map awareness, mechanics, getting your champs combos down, csing and knowing lane match ups are some of the things we consider in this category. You have to have a mic. If you do not have one do not even apply for our team. Communication is too important for team play in league of legends. Professionalism is going to be something we strive for. We want practice to achieve something each session. Whether we are doing vod review or team practice we want to have a mentality that lets learn something each and every time. We want everyone on the team to compete but have fun while doing so. Having fun through competition. Things we will look for in a top laner.
This is role we really want to find someone who can hold their own. Even when behind or in a losing lane/matchup. Being able to make awesome tp plays can save a game. Knowing when the enemy can tp is also really helpful. We want you to know what your strong at in your champion pool. Sometimes top lane can snowball out of control and we want to try and do this, as well as stopping our opponents as well.

MID Solid CS scores Able to follow engage and know when to disengage Know how to apply lane pressure and zone. Know how to manipulate waves and trade. Know when to rotate, how, and why. We are constantly trying to develop our team as a ongoing organization, we are trying to find a system on which we can build on and improve. We are working to help solidify positions that can allow us to do better as a team as well. Such as coaches and a team to review our games and analyze.
