[NA] Silver ~ Mid- Looking for DEDICATED ranked 5's

Hi, I'm a Mid laner primarily. I've been looking for a good team to climb through the ranks with. Solo que just brings out the worst in me because of incompetence but I'm always willing to help and learn from others. I know the basics of what it takes to be a good team player and what it takes to make a team thrive.
I'm 22 years old so I'm looking for a team around that age group. 18 minimum. I play mostly carry mids. My main being Ahri.
