LF Jungle main and a fill back up for Gold lvl LCS style team

We are a consistent team of 4 looking to fill the last spot and a fill spot for our Gold Level LCS team. We just joined this league that starts on January 7th. We have 1 game saturday and 1 sunday. We also try and practice 4-7 PST Mon-Wed. If you can meet these times and want to try your skills out against other teams, fill out the following:

IGN: Top 5 champs: Rank: (Must be Gold 5 to Gold 1 of last season. Gold 1 is the highest you could of got last season) Must have discord and a headset.

Junglers are also required to shot call and play well with the pressure of the team decision on your back. Fill needs to be able to play 3-5 of the roles well.

IGN: DemonBio Top 5 champs: Lee sin, Rengar, Kha'zix, trundle, zac Rank: haven't played any ranked yet on this account so its unranked. but if you're willing, just test my skills and if i'm good enough i can push for gold in around a week probably.

P.S. i can play during all the practice times, unless i have a weird shift at work that is.

What exactly is meant by "last season"? I ended up Gold 1, but was Plat at some point mid-season (decayed to gold), so have gold frame. Does that work?

IGN: Top champs: heca, rammus, quinn, gragas, Rank: currently G4 flex, S2 solo (did not start spamming my mains yet, mostly practicing new mid champions, as mid is my secondary for now. Once I have big enough pool again will start climbing).
