B2 Looking for team to carry me out of bronze!

I have been on two teams already but soon left after they kept feeding and not taking ranked seriously so I am looking for a serious team to help improve and carry me out of bronze while we work together to climb.

I play Lulu quite a bit since she is a comfort pick for me but I do play Janna, Karma, Lux, Rakan, Blitzcrank, Soraka and a little bit Thresh. Still working on building my champion selection as I move on. I have experience with Higher Elo players as I use to practice up against them as well for coaching.
