I'am a bronze league player but i carry all of my games, either im mvp or best in my team, but i always get a troll teammate or an unskilled player in my team so i wish there can be a person to carry me to silver

If you're the best on your team why would you need someone else? It only lowers your chances of a "feeder" by a little, and even then they may lose lane...
Honestly maybe just find a guy in one of your previous games and duo with him. Mutual friendship, you get to share tricks, everything is happy.
Looking at your match history, you don't need carrying. Your have over 50% win rate. You will climb yourself.
Well based on your match history you have a 44% win rate. I noticed you do get a lot of kills but die a lot as well. Kills don't necessarily win games, its about taking objectives and eventually closing the game out. You have over 250 games played which really lowers the likely-hood of your bad luck with teammates. I also noticed you play a fair amount of champions in every role. There is nothing wrong with being an all-around player it just makes ranking up more difficult since you are dividing your time in each role, rather than mastering one role. The climb is a big part of getting better and you don't need to be carried through solo queue. My suggestion would be picking one role and try to get it every game. Best of luck to you.
