Looking for dynamic que gold +

Extremely consistent adc/top laner, I'm looking for a group of people to dynamic que with because its getting difficult on my own at times and I would like a group of people I know I could count on to perform their role well. I peaked plat III last season and currently gold IV. I prefer adc mostly, but I do not mind top laning.
