looking to climb flex threes

im on a fresh account and looking for a squad of players who play threes often and would like to climb fast. I play threes alot and i am always open to new ideas/metas that people play. I've played 3 seasons prior at around gold elo and looking for players that can help my play improve. please feel free to ask any questions on here or add me in game. I expect people to know their respective champs and roles well so that the games will run as smoothly as expected.
