Creating Bronze Team (Read Post)
Yes, you read the title right, I'm dedicating this team to all of you who claim you're stuck in "elo hell" and feel like the Gods have forsaken your ability to climb out of the low depths of elo hell.
I'm a Silver II ADC main, trying to expand my roles but I do have a very good understanding of the game. I'm well aware my personal skill level is not that of a Diamond or higher but my knowledge does exceed the average player and if I apply that knowledge to a team I think it would really benefit them.
Now the reason I chose a Bronze only team as oppose to a low-high Silver team like I am is because; I remember the days of being in Bronze V myself, it was a terrible place to be but to be honest Silver isn't much different. I want to teach 5 players that they can be better than Bronze and with a bit of self improvement, a bit of knowledge and just a tiny bit of patience they can, and will, get Silver or higher next season. This team will have a captain selected by myself and he/she will arrange 4-5 practice times and will work side by side with me to develop the team. The captain will be chosen based on a few simple standards; Ability to be vocal, comfortable at shot calling, respectability by team members, moderate amount of good shot calls and responsibility/maturity.
There are no requirements to join the team other than be ranked in Bronze V-I right now, no lower or higher and are willing to learn. Also 16+ in age, that is my limit and I WILL be sticking to it, I apologize.
Finally fill out the following forum and if I want to talk to you more I'll add you in game :)
IGN; Do you have Curse Voice OR will you get it?; Age; Timezone; Solo Que Rank; What 5 Days do you play most?; Primary Role; Champs; Secondary Role; Champs; Name a strength; Name a weakness; Extra info?; Total Number of Champs?; Do you want to be the Captain?; Are you comfortable making shot calls?;
I appreciate any interest and will assemble the team asap! A side-note; this team will have extra practices other than grinding in ranked. Sometimes a scrimmage in customs can teach a lot. Also simple exercises may be used such as CS practicing etc.
