LF Low to Mid Silver Mid Laner for a Ranked Flex Team

Hello! I am currently co-head of a Ranked Flex team.

Our goal for the season is to reach Gold in at least two queues. As the season goes, the team will change/set other goals. We're a group of 4 currently, and we are looking for a mid laner. Our team environment is casual, meaning that we don't have a coach, and won't review each and every game. We're all looking to improve, and we hope you are too.
