Greetings, I am making a serious team made of people that their elo are plat +.

So far Jungler-ADC-Support are locked and we are almost playing every single day because we are commited to the game and we love the game. I am looking for a dedicated coach that is willing to help the team improve.

Things that I am looking from the Coach:

  • Weekly Update on the meta champions and continuously talking with the players to solve problems.

  • Constatly checking on the players if they are putting hours in solo /week. This way the players keep improving on their mechanics as well as improving their solo q rating or trying out their hardest.

  • Making team comps for the team based on the champion pool the players can play.

  • Giving feedback after matches as a team environment and working on macro play-movement on the map.

  • Willingness to work the internal problem if they appear and keep a positive attitude.

  • Talk with the Owner(hello that's me) that any issue has came up or he needs anything possible I can provide.

I know this might be looking like too much from the team but if the coach has ambition about himself and loves the game, looking to aim higher THIS IS WHERE he starts his hard work

I am not looking for something not serious. I love this game and I want to improve as much as I can while I can depend on somebody else to give me good info about the game and help the team stay together.

Leave a comment if interested or add me to the game. My IGN is Luminiscous.

P.S I do not ask for any elo. Not important to me. What is important is the dedication, commitment, and love for the game. While being serious as well (English not my main language)

I mean you are asking for an everyday commitment. I love this game and have even found out I love coaching teams but it is not sustainable to put that much time into a team without getting paid. How do I explain to anyone else let alone myself that hey it's worth not doing real work or hanging out with friends cuz I have my team right? If there was some sort of monetary incentive then maybe this would become okay, but at the moment you're looking and a 2bit coach who will quit in 2 weeks. Trust me I've run teams as a player too and this is what happens.

I've never coached before but all the tasks seem doable and I am interested in the experience.
