Main Mid / Jungle looking for good Ranked Team

Looking to join a Ranked Team that plays regularly during the weekdays. (Mon-Thu.Central Time) I am familiar with 10+ Champions in each of these lanes and have gotten 4+ to Main-like Skil. The Champions Mid being Azir, Yasuo, Twisted Fate, and Ahr. The Champions Jungle being Aatrox, Rek'Sai, Hecarim, Nocturne, and Rengar.
