LFM for 5v5 Ranked team -- Top/Jungle/Adc --- Casual/Fun but looking to win :) <3 <3

As you are reading this post, I take it that you are interested in ranked 5’s, please continue to read this post if you are casual (but serious to an extent) and ready to commit some time to playing.

A little about me: I have been playing League for a few years now, and I main support. I used to play on Eu NA with friends, but convinced them to move to EU West 2 years ago.

I'm a female gamer that works hard and- I've been told that I'm good at being team captain as I always listen and have a positive but realistic attitude. I used to play WoW and also owned a guild back in the day.

Schedule/Goal This will be determined after the team is put together – I work full time, and also will be studying in the future. The most likely time to be playing regularly would possibly be one of the days at the weekend, as well as an evening (or more) here or there during the week – depending on what everyone else is doing.

The goal is to climb the ladder and have fun as a group <3

Conditions/Rules

1. Be open to team members helping each other, be polite with advice/criticism.
2. Draft games will be played for practice, you must be willing to participate in these. This is so that we can all improve our play as a team, new champions, new tactics - all as a team.
3. Listen to the shot caller
4. No flaming
5. Be serious, but still have fun and aim to win as a team – we all have our bad days.
6. Must have a mic/headset – we will be using Skype/TS3
7. Preferably 18+ and mature
8. Most likely we will speaking English throughout the games.
9. Ranking does not matter, but you need to have good teamwork skills, be able to listen and be able to play safe.
10. Have strong map awareness and a few champions that you main, be good at warding the map (there are free wards after all!)

I would prefer people to have a main role, and a secondary role – so that we can swap roles if needed depending what the team setup against us is.

Recruitment Process There will be tryouts for everyone. The reason for this is that we need to make sure that we all get on as a team, as well as assessing each individuals’ gameplay. These most likely will just be normal draft games, but depending on people, it could also just be a draft ranked team that we put together to do tryouts.
