need a team that works as a team

ok i am a player that mains top, jg, mid and support and am working on adc. i main support more then the others. as a support depending on the champ will play aggressive. as jg i try and help lanes that need it and counter jg. as top or mid i try to win my lanes. because i main all lanes i know how important teamwork is. i am looking for a team that understands that lol is a team game and who can play more then one role or lane. also i want a team that is serious about playing ranked in ranked i am S3 and want to get higher elo
