LFM Ranked 5s - Gold+ Casual

Hello! I'm diamond 5 and I'd like to have something to do other than solo queue, so I'm starting a ranked team. I'm on the fence about going mid or support for the team, so all roles can be applied for right now.

No application post necessary, just add me in game - Kalec.

I'm forming the team with several fundamentals in mind:

• Attitude is more important than rank (if you call gg before 10 minutes and cuss every time you die, don't add me)
• No one should be forced to play a role or champion they don't want to. Let people pick their own champions.
• No one wants to be in a ranked team 100% of the time. No one will be shamed for leaving or not feeling like playing. (no need for excuses; be honest). We'll replace people as we go and eventually we'll have a solidish/pleasant-to-play-with 5 people.
• Save constructive criticism for after the game. Pointing out mistakes is not constructive criticism.
• A competitive environment doesn't have to be hostile.
• We're not going to LCS - having fun and improving are the goal.

We'll probably use Skype for communication and we'll figure out practice times as we go.
