Energized Air - new ranked team

Hello, I'm Neophobia, the team captain of Energized Air. We're a new team, part of the Destiny Falls league community. Energized Wind is a gold 5 and up team that is going to be practicing on a schedule, as well as playing in tournaments for RP, and possibly cash prizes down the road. I'm going to be taken the ADC role, with all other slots available. If you are interested, fill out the application below, submit it, and then add me in game. The team will be using teamspeak 3, and we won't be switching to skype or raidcall or anything else.

If you are under the age of 13, can't play more than 3 champions well, or have more than 200-250 ping consistently, or don't have a working microphone, don't apply. We're going to be semi-serious team and will be playing to win. We will need subs, so there should always be people to practice with.
