Looking to start a 3s team to hit at least plat by the end of the season

I main Ap bot, looking for a jungler and an Ad top, pref a bruiser/juggernaut top or jungle depends on team comp. Please be able to play multiple champs well and have knowledge of all the champs (relative cd on champ spells, burst potential etc.) Gold 3+ Solo queue Highly pref but not needed. No ragers. Please have good Map awareness and rotation (your laner goes to invade your jungler if needed go help him).
