New team looking for a Coach

Hello everyone. My name is Mike. Currently I am the Analyst/Coach of a new ranked team that was made. All of our players are Gold and above and we are looking for someone to fill in the coach position. We want someone who will guide the players in the right direction and to help/motivate them if they ever go on tilt. Here would be the roles and responsibility of coach

• In charge of helping players through picks and bans
• Being strict with the players if they are goofing off
• Discuss strategies/team comps with myself so you can be my second opinion or I could be your second opinion

Please message Glorpy on League if you are interested in becoming a coach. Thank you very much.
