Looking for high plat low diamond normal duo

I'm trying to find a high plat low diamond duo for normals to boost the mmr a little so I can try to play agains't stronger opponents and try to progress as a player on a team. At the moment my best roll is support but I find that I have a bit of trouble trying to carry a game when I know I can do to lack of champion knowledge of my team. I currently have a smaller champion pool that I feel comfortable playing. I want to try and main ADC cause I feel like I'll have more potential to carry myself out of my elo. I also need help on CSing better as well as map awareness training. My champion pool includes. Thresh, Braum, Sona, Xayah, Draven, Lee sin, Kindred, Varus, and Pantheon. I am familiar with each roll and can play any lane confidently but I want to stick to the rolls (Adc or support) That I feel like that's where I'm going to excel as a team player and solo player. I make pretty decent shot calls but I feel like I need to know how to analyze my situations better.
