LF Help back to S1

Okay, this is the most depressing shit ever. I'm just looking for anyone to help me get back into silver 1. I'm currently @ Silver 4. I dropped.... from S1 0lp, to ******* S4 in 2 weeks.

(Rambling) I don't know why, but this game has been giving me the worst of luck lately. I can win my lane, and do everything right. It's not enough cause league is a team based game. One lane fails enough, everyone fails haha. If I continue to derank, I'm quitting league cause tbh this isn't fun at all anymore.
