Gold III Support/Adc looking for ranked team.

Hey, I'm a gold III support/adc main and I'm currently looking for a consistent ranked 5s team. What I mean by that is a team that will play more than just the first 5 placement games then break up. I want a team that I can improve and grow with. I'm very open to criticism because I obviously want to get better. My time zone is cst and I also make the schedule at my job so I can easily put time where ever I need it. My favorite and maybe my strongest support is Nami, followed by; Lulu, Janna, Sona, Leona, Morgana, thresh. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. I'm looking forward to playing and growing with whoever wants to pick me up.

I'd be interested in playing on a team of 5's or even 3's.(I don't have much experience with the 3v3 map) I can play mid pretty well with Ziggs/Lux and would be open to constructive comments on how I can improve my game. IGN is Salsachip.
