Silver 2, 70% winrate Jungle/ADC main looking for partner/team

Began this season in Bronze 3 after having very little interest in Ranked games, due to highly unreliable teams, poor matchmaking, and an altogether unpleasant experience. Eventually found a good group of friends and reliable duo partners, managed to climb up to Silver 2 so far, and Gold 4 in our ranked team, but I'm now looking for something more to go further.

Ranked Teams: Would prefer reliability and consistency, have a schedule and maintain it, act like you care about the game and our progress.

Duo Partner: Must have a winrate above 50-55%, with some exceptions. If you have several hundred games and you're still where you started, I'm not interested. If you were truly better than your peers, you would have been able to climb out, whether on your own or by finding somebody you played well with and duo'ing with them.
