Gold Mid looking to make the push to plat, looking for duo

Howdy! I'm a competitive mid who likes to play Ahri, Syndra, Lux, Ori and a few others. I would like someone who is going to try to win every game, wont give up until the nexus falls(unless it's very likely we'll lose) and wants to improve at the game as well. I can play nights mostly and I'd like to try and push for plat before season end!
