Coaching needed

Hello,

I am currently a Silver 5 mid and jg player. Last season I left off at Silver 4. I would like someone to coach me on how to play and manipulate the mid lane and the jungle. I would like someone to teach me the physical difference between a low Elo player and a high Elo player so that I can improve the right way.
