Looking for a team silver-gold

I'm Looking for a group/ team to play with and improve with. I don't really care about rank/elo as much as i do teamwork/ how much you want to improve as a player and as a team. So add me if your interested. I don't have a set position i can play all lanes and roles fairly well and am looking to improve on all roles.
