Diamond Coach/Twitch.tv Stream Manager LF work

Greetings all! My name is Fire4life (Aka: Nate, or also known as Kind Sir), and I am currently in the process of LF work (Unpaid) for now. What I hope to accomplish by offering my services, is to gain experience for a resume I am building. So that I hopefully get more successful opportunities, and eventually have a full time job in e-sports of some kind.

About Me: I am a s7 Diamond 5 ADC main with Supp/top being my 2 secondaries. My main champs in s7 were ,, and . And although those were my top 3 played, I still can play all adcs. It's just usually whatever is meta at the time.

I have been playing league since the end of season 2, and never stopped playing since.

Around 2015 Jan 1st, is when I first started my twitch stream, and 2 years later finally took a hiatus (retired for a bit) until recently. I still stream occasionally, but mostly for fun and for friends now a days.

Previous Experience: In the past few years I have managed many, many teams. From gold to more recently Challenger.

In 2017 I Started off as being the Assistant manager for Upsurge Gaming's challenger team (which never got off the ground sadly due to some admin issues). From there I joined Dreamerz eSports and was the manager there for quite some time. With the new season 2018 approaching however, I left Dreamerz and applied for some of the NACS positions. Unfortunately my resume came up a bit short and I felt rather disappointed in my lack of references for my resume. (More on Why am I doing this down below).

In my experience for Twitch management, I really only have myself to show for what I know about how to manage someone. Which is a merely 5.2k views and 300 followers. Although my goal isn't to take control of your stream but merely to help you manage it and plan things better. Along side with getting sponsorship and etc. (More explained on What I Offer down below)

Why am I Doing This: Well we all have to make a living somehow, and usually it's by finding something we love to do and make a career out of it. Which is exactly what I'd like to do. My long term dream is to have a job in the e-sports world where I can interact with others and help them make their way to success. To be a helping hand and a friendly face :)

But why for free?!?! So the free part isn't a scam I promise. It is merely me trying to start out and just find some work to just get my momentum going. Later on once I feel I've gotten the hang of things I can start to charge little by little. And of course if I am working with you at the time, you will be notified ahead of time with no pressure.

What I Offer: As stated in the Title I am currently offering some Diamond tier coaching for 1 on 1 sessions or 1 on 2 for bot lane only. Lane or position does not matter! If I ever feel like I am unequipped to help you efficiently, I will be upfront and let you know so you don't waste your time :) Plus, I want you to get the best help possible! ALSO I am offering Twitch Stream Management for an individual who is looking to grow and expand their community. What this involves is a lot of teamwork between me and them. For instance, I would be helping them make sure they are streaming at the best possibly quality. Checking their view counts and finding out which streaming schedule works best for them and for their viewers. Finding ways to advertise their stream and promote their merchandise (if any). Looking for an editor to help create Youtube content / highlight reels. And helping them meet their Goals and Stay Motivated!! I will NOT force you to do anything you don't want to, or try to make you feel overwhelmed. I will only go as far as you want to, and do my best to support you in almost any way I can :)

Requirements: Coaching: My coaching requirements are pretty simple but very important! -Has to be a NA account -(Obligatory but) Open to Constructive Criticism -Bronze 5 - Diamond 5 rank -A Positive mindset (once again I cant force you to do anything for you or make you play better. I can only help!!) -Must have Mic -Dont be Toxic

Twitchtv Management: -Must have 15-25 average viewers -Must stream at least 3 times a week (otherwise its kinda silly to have a manger...lol) -Must be willing to Improve -Must have Positive Mindset -No Flamerino -Be willing to Give me access to twitch statistics/analytics to help improve and plan your stream.

IMPORTANT Last bit of extra info: Planning wise for Coaching, please note I do currently work part-time so some days I will be unavailable. But I am willing to work with your schedule and try to fit things in where I can :) Coaching usually takes about 2 or so hours the first time to get setup and start the lesson and play a game or two, with reviewing afterwards. For Twitchtv Management the length of the management "contract" (not really a contract but more of a verbal agreement to work together) is about 2-3 months.
