Irreversible Impact v3 I s Recruiting Plat I+ (Mid, Jungle) (Serious Team) (Seasoned Org)

Hello my name is C3ree I am a former pro player, and an active pro coach. I am creating the third iteration of this team. This team has been around for years and focuses on developing strong players into master/challenger/pro level players. We have been sucessful multiple times, and am going to try to replicate this success once again. If you apply to this team you are a serious player with a strong willingness to improve. You will have a great coaching staff here to help you and improve your game. You must be an extremely serious player to play for this team. We will give all applicants who meet guidelines trials!

When recruitment is completed, we aim to practice as a team daily at 8PM EST - 12AM EST. Times may vary and days off to be discussed.

Here's what we need:

A Jungler/Support/ADC. (Mains ONLY! Why? Because we want people who love their roles.) Plat I+ Must be Highly active! Teamspeak 3 and Skype is a must! (As well as a working mic, duh =P) Must be willing to take and receive constructive criticism. Potentially a shot caller.

Here's what we DON'T NEED:

If you're easily butt hurt(e.g. Can't take constructive feedback with an open mind, instead you take it emotionally and become offended easily) People who are egotistic. People who whine too much. People without a mic or who don't like to socialize. People who give up easily. People who are just overall negative, crash and burn at every obstacle. We just don't need that here. You know who you are.

Note for what we don't need: The first step toward change is awareness of one's flaws. If you know you struggle with any of these issues and are willing to change or better yourself, we are willing to work with you. After all, we all go through one or even all of these at some point.

Note for main role: I can't stress this enough, we want people who love the role they main, not someone who's going to want to change every so often.
