Looking for Help

So, Here is the thing, I was Bronze I last season, so far Bronze V this one, ouch. I know I'm not a great player but I want to improve, I play mid and support and am looking for someone to coach me and/or queue up. I don't play a ton but I would love some help so I can start winning more than I lose, my goal was to make it to Silver this season, not a spectacular goal I know.
