Need a few other people that want to stack one lane in a beginner bot game and get fast and easy wins by stacking mid lane and pushing as hard as we can. This will get you FAST xp and/or ip

IP is 7+1.85*min so shorter games don't really get more ip since seting up the game takes a few min.

Also norms gives 1.405min+16 for a loss and 2.312min+18 for a win which gives more assuming a 50% WR.
