Did you even look at his match history? Going 32/6/10, 18/3/7, 18/5/7 etc isnt very silver like. Either way I reported his account for admitting he and his brother play ranked on the account. That is against the tos and can and hopefully will result in a permaban. It seems like he is purposefully keeping his account at low elo to wreck people who arent very good. That in my book makes him a douche who deserves to get banned.
