New player starting out

New player starting LoL. Played other mobas. Feels like everybody im palying against has been playing forever, or is playing with Friends that are experienced. Looking for somebody to play with that can help me out, go over strats and basics i should know. Play some games with me to level me up. I use curse voice when playing Mobas, anybody wants to play with me, add me up.
