I would like to join a strong Ranked group

I'm S2, been playing for 3 years now. I can play any role, I try to work with the team, I like to focus objectives so we don't stagnate while the enemy catches up. I need a strong team who's focused and actually cares. It's very hard going solo queue and getting teammates who do not know their champs, or give up as soon as a teammate dies. Good attitude, supportive player. I need a strong team X_X who actually wants to progress.
