looking for players for a serious ranked team (doesnt matter which rank)

Honestly playing ranked sucks unless you have people who actually care and what to get better at the game. I am trying to find people who dont mess around but still want to have fun and actually try to win games. If your interested let me know in game ign is mlfdetector. The requirements are that you need to be able to get on at least at night, I understand if you have school or work, as do I so it would be best that if we could at least be on at night together, also a working mic and headset would be ideal. I have a teamspeak 3 server you can join it, we would be using it to communicate my server address is jpheile.teamspeak3.com
