Plat player coming back to league need team

As the title says i went hard at league for awhile then took a 2 month break now im back and need another team to grind back with ive been on plat teams already this season most started gold a few started worse but came together with synergy. I can play any position well my previous main was adc before that i was a jungler before that i was mid i know the intrecasies of all the lanes and can pick any back up as needed. Prefer to find a group who already has 3-4 but im flexible.
