Top/Sup looking for duo Rank to get to Plat (I'm in Gold 3)

Hey, I'm looking for a duo partner that will be a partner, partner. Not just a one time thing but committed to climb to Plat and even to Diamond. I'm in Gold 3 right now and I main top, so would like a Jungler main to fill that gap, or could be a nice mid laner. I'm also good at support, so looking for the person to be good at adc as his secondary and we could do the Xayah Rakan combo and if they get ban, we'll do something else.
