LF Plat+ JG and TOP for Ranked 5s team

Me and a few friends who've played competitive tournaments on a team together and placed rather high in a few of them are trying to start something up again. Currently we are holding tryouts for a competent Jungler and Top laner that fit into our group not only personality wise but also are willing to play in a competitive and serious way. There's no room for ego because that's already taken up by the mid laner and I. We'd like the person to be outspoken and willing to play meta style team compositions as well as have communicative input during the game.
