Looking for friends

So like I'm not new by any means, I play over on oce but I'm also not good by any means I'm only silver 5 over there, but I've made an account over here and I'm really enjoying it, although I'm only level 11 atm. Problem is I have no friends to play with. I honestly couldn't care less about your skill level. You could be level 1 playing your first game or diamond for all I care. All I'm looking for in a friend is someone who's friendly that I can have a laugh with and casually play League with for fun. ps: I am having problems connecting to the chat service atm. But I should still be able to add people and/or pull them into my game. So get in contact with me here and we should be able to sort something out.

EDIT: I main support and adc, although I can comfortably play top as well as fill anything else that I'm needed to do, so I'm willing to play anything although I'd rather not jungle with no runes or masteries.
