looking to make a serious team (tourney team) have to be serious plz,(also have a challenge coaches)

This is a short description about my self, this team im about to create is going to have potential ( not to sound cocky) im going to try to get us in a community that has a sponsorship but we have to win a tourney, my previous team we got 3 place in all master and challengers tourney,

Top champs (ADC):

Play style: Aggressive. I love to make huge plays, and go ham. I know my limits, and try to push them to the max.

Strengths: Game Knowledge, Mechanics, Shot Calling

Weaknesses: CS and minor decision making

Previous experience? I just recently got dropped from a team, because they thought they had a player that could get them a sponsorship... Let's just say they got pulled from the sponsorship, and are now flopping in ranked. We peaked Plat 5 before I was kicked, and earned over 10k RP in tournament prizes. All small tournaments, but we had played together for about 4 months.

Voice Chat: Ventrilo, Skype, Curse, Teamspeak, Raidcall. I have them all.

Availability: Pretty much open right now, am willing to work a schedule around team practices.

What I bring to the team: I'll bring a very positive, light-hearted mood to the team, as well as exceptional strategy's, team compositions, and a very solid mid lane.

Anything else you want to add (Optional): I understand great things don't just happen over night, and am more than willing to give this team my all. I, like many others, share the dream of wanting to go pro one day, and I'll do whatever it takes to get there.
