LFT ADC Main Trying to transition into Support

As title says, I'm looking for a team that'll help me transition into the support role.

I'm G2 and have mained ADC for most of my League career. I've played in one organized team, which had decent success. I'm looking to get to Plat by the end of the summer, so it'd be preferred if the team was Gold - Plat and if it was an experienced team that already has a few starting players on the roster. I have decent experience in the support role, and played a decent amount of games on Thresh and Janna, but I'm looking to expand my champion pool. I'm looking to be the shotcaller or have split responsibilities of shotcalling if y'all think I'm suited.
