Gold JG looking for solid players to flex with in silver

Gold in solo/duo, but need to get out of silver in flex. Looking for any silvers/golds to climb with in flex. HMU. I usually hard carry aside from the infamous amount of trolls you encounter in silver. I play competitively in a league of Plats/Diamonds, so you can be assured I know what i'm doing.
