MOTG Is Recruiting

Hi, my name is Joey Iandoli. I placed Silver 4 in Solo/Duo, but after back to back games of AFKers and feeders, I dropped all the way to Silver 5 0 LP. This losing streak (caused strictly from bad teammates) has prompted me to create a gaming community to play FLEX with. My current goal is to reach Gold in FLEX, then I'm going to take it form there. We are 22 members strong, so far, and I plan on growing it very large. I have set personal requirements and check the stats of each player before recruiting to ensure that every single member is a non-feeder, and a good player.
