Creating Serious Ranked 5's Team - High Gold+

I'm a gold 1 Mid lane and ADC main who is looking to form a serious team, and find a group of players that are all quality and can play up to plat level. I'm willing to play either ADC or Mid, so I am currently looking for players of all roles. It will be a more serious team, who will have set times to both practice and scrim, while constantly looking to improve and become a solid team.
